Hello!

Just wanted to start this tumblr to document what I wear to school in university in Singapore :)

In Singapore, something you’ll commonly hear people say is that it’s ‘too hot’ to wear jeans or dress up, so you’ll tend to see a ‘uniform’ where people just wear a t-shirt, shorts and flip-flops to school. I’m definitely not that type, because I believe that how I look matters and so it’s worth it to make an effort everyday :) I know it’s hard, and I don’t expect people to wear heels and carry fancy bags to school everyday, but the idea of ‘no flip-flops’ is something that I live by (honestly, I NEVER wear them), so I think it’s a good idea to start a tumblr showing some outfits that are very wearable to school :)

So…I’ll basically be posting my outfits for school, and if this tumblr gets off the ground then I’ll start recruiting my friends to be guest contributors :)

So…First post!! :D

I only had 2 short lessons today, so chilled wear was enough :) I’m pretty sure my flats don’t match my tribal necklace (what my dad calls it), but hey, loafers require socks and I was in a hurry :P

T-shirt: H&M (bought, maybe 5 years ago?)

Jeans: GAP (which are gonna die soon from how much I wear them!)

Flats: Dorothy Perkins (One of my staples)

Bag: New Look (on sale! :D)
